Hi, it’s Lynne Brown, I'm a GRITTY results coach. After a rough and rocky road through school, I decided to become the coach & mentor I always wished I had. Communication was difficult during my teen years, at home and at school. My self-belief drove my behavior. Oftentimes, my teachers did not GET ME. My parents didn’t always get me either. School drama was no stranger to me. 

GRITTY Girl Mindset Bootcamp is a camp for girls. GRITTY Girls will learn that there is no right or wrong personality style, only different preferences. Some people are dominant and direct, others are influential, while some are supportive and reserved. Girls will leave with tips and techniques to increase courage, confidence and communication at home, school and with peers. Each session, participants will collaborate together on an art project to be donated to an organization of their choice. Interactive hands-on activities will provide tips for girls to overcome comparison and tips to deal with the pressure that social media brings. Over 70% of girls experience low-self esteem in school, and social media adds fuel to that fire. I would have given anything for someone to have introduced these tips to me in middle/high school.  By 6th grade,  I had convinced myself that I was never going to be enough...whether it was smart enough, skinny enough, rich enough, popular enough. 

GRITTY Girl Mindset Bootcamp was created to empower, equip and encourage your tweens & teens to become all they were created to become.
